You’ve used apps like Zendesk, Slack, G Suite
Through Zendesk (our ticket email platform) you will interact with clients all across the globe. They will ask you about their order, where it is, if you can help them change items and many more. Everything happens via Zendesk, written. That’s why we need you to have an amazing English first and foremost.
We work regular EU hours, 9-18 or 10-19 your pick, we’re flexible.
We need you full time, in our offices at Baneasa Business Center, Bucharest. Remote work is possible after the first 90 days.
